The Shutai Chest Pain Centre Time Synchronisation System is designed to meet tertiary hospital standards. This system acquires standard time via BeiDou GPS satellite signals or China Telecom wireless signals, achieving time synchronisation for computers and digital LED clocks through NTP Ethernet. It also provides terminal time monitoring and management capabilities.

The synchronised clock system incorporates management and monitoring capabilities. The monitoring software operates on any Windows-based computer within the network, enabling the management and surveillance of both networked computers and digital display clocks. Alarms are triggered when time deviations exceed preset thresholds, with real-time reports generated to streamline hospital clock management and enhance operational efficiency. Leveraging existing network infrastructure, the time synchronisation system requires no additional cabling nor occupies extra wireless frequency channels, thereby simplifying installation.
II. System Composition
The system primarily comprises the Shutai TQ5519NTP network server, SHUTAI_MON client software, G3000 time monitoring software, digital LED clocks, and Ethernet routers.
1. TQ5519NTP Network Server: Receives satellite or CDMA signals, acquires standard time, and provides network synchronisation services;
2. SHUTAI_MON Client Software: Runs on LAN computers to display and upload the current computer time in real time;
3. G3000 Time Monitoring Software: Installed on LAN computers to monitor terminal times in real time and automatically generate inspection reports;
Digital LED Clock: Features an RJ45 network interface to receive NTP protocol signals, automatically calibrates time, and displays the current date and time in real time.
II. Device Functions
1. TQ5519 NTP Time Server
The TQ5519 time server acquires standard time via BeiDou/GPS signals and provides synchronisation services to computers, servers, or other devices on the LAN via the NTP protocol. The product is widely deployed in medical institutions, educational establishments, transportation networks, enterprises, and public security, procuratorial, and judicial departments.
2. SHUTAI_MON Client Software
Operates on any Windows system within the network;
Displays the current computer time in real time;
Receives G3000 commands and uploads the current computer time;
Configures NTP server addresses;
Sets time synchronisation intervals;
Monitors the current time;
Initiates communication with the host computer.
3. G3000 Time Monitoring Software
The G3000 monitoring software can run on any Windows system within the network and offers the following functionalities:
Configure account information, including account levels and management permissions;
Add and remove computer terminals, including relevant notes;
Add and remove slave clock terminals, including slave clock notes;
Add and remove NTP time servers, adding notes for time servers;
Monitor terminal connection status within the local area network in real time;
Monitor terminal time within the local area network in real time;
Set time error thresholds and compare terminal time errors in real time;
Configure audible and visual alarms to alert administrators for intervention;
Automatically generate and print network-wide terminal time detection reports.
