Hospital Time Management
The Shutai 5600 Hospital Synchronous Clock System is designed to meet the standards of Grade A tertiary hospitals. This system acquires standard time via BeiDou GPS satellite signals or China Telecom CDMA signals, achieving time synchronisation between computers and digital LED clocks through Ethernet. It also enables terminal time monitoring and management functions.
I. System Functions

The synchronised clock system incorporates management and monitoring capabilities. The monitoring software operates on any Windows-based computer within the network, enabling the management and surveillance of networked computers and digital display clocks. Alarms are triggered when time deviations exceed preset thresholds, with real-time reports generated to streamline hospital clock management and enhance operational efficiency. Leveraging existing network infrastructure, the time synchronisation system requires no additional cabling nor occupies extra wireless frequency channels, simplifying system installation.
II. System Composition
The system primarily comprises the Shutai TQ5519NTP network server, SHUTAI_MON client software, G3000 time monitoring software, time display terminals, and Ethernet routers.
1. TQ5519NTP Network Server: Receives satellite or CDMA signals, acquires standard time, and provides network synchronisation services;
2. SHUTAI_MON Client Software: Runs on LAN computers, displaying and uploading the current computer time in real time;
3. G3000 Time Monitoring Software: Installed on LAN computers, this software monitors terminal times in real time and automatically generates inspection reports;
4. Time Display Terminals: Comprising analogue pointer clocks and digital LED clocks, these devices feature RJ45 network interfaces to receive NTP protocol signals. They automatically calibrate time and display the current date and time in real time.
