Small or sample orders are shipped via express (3-7 working days), while larger orders use cost-effective sea freight (15-35 working days). You can also choose your preferred logistics company.

After the order is shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email to you, which includes the tracking number and the official logistics query link. If you cannot query the information, please contact our customer service, and we will assist you in verifying the logistics progress.

Our prices are usually EXW or FOB, excluding customs duties and taxes, which are the buyer's responsibility. We provide all necessary customs documents before shipping. If you need a DDP (taxes included) quote, please contact customer service in advance for a full cost calculation.

All orders are covered by transportation insurance. If goods are lost or damaged, please keep the packaging and photos, then contact us within 3 working days with proof. We'll assist with the claim and arrange re-delivery or refund once approved.
